Curiosity Sees Martian Sulfur Up Close
NASA's Curiosity Mars rover has discovered fragments of sulfur crystals on Mars, the first ever seen on the Red Planet. The crystals were found after the rover accidentally crushed a rock on May 30, 2024. The rover then used a camera on its robotic arm to take a close-up view of the crystals.
