A 17-year-old student at Tumbler Ridge High School has shared his account of the mass shooting, describing what he saw and heard as he and others hid in an equipment room. The student, Duncan McKay, was in gym class when the gunshots began. He and fellow students, along with a teacher, took cover in the equipment room to escape the shooting.
