The European Space Agency's Euclid has captured an image of the heart of the Milky Way galaxy, providing an early snapshot of a region that will be repeatedly observed by NASA's Nancy Grace Roman Space Telescope in the coming years. The image was created with color added from ground-based images. Euclid's image offers a glimpse of the galaxy before further study by the Roman Space Telescope.
