A federal wildfire response group has been convened to provide urgent assistance to areas affected by wildfires, including Boston Bar, B.C., where three blazes are currently burning. The group, led by Deputy Prime Minister Chrystia Freeland's deputy, will work to synchronize Ottawa's response efforts. The committee aims to provide coordinated support to those affected by the crisis.
