NASA's Chandra Finds Young Stars Dim Quickly
NASA's Chandra X-ray Observatory has found that young stars similar to the Sun are calming down and dimming in their X-ray output more quickly than previously thought. This discovery was made in a recent study using Chandra's observations. Young stellar cousins of the Sun are losing their intense X-ray activity at a faster rate than expected.
