Privacy Policy
This privacy policy applies to the mobile applications and web games published by Relative Software Ltd (operating as Krazframe / RelativeGaming) on Google Play and at krazframe.com, including:

Collectively referred to as the "Apps". This policy explains what information we collect, why, and what choices you have.
Information we collect
We try to collect as little as possible. The Apps may collect or process the following:
- IP address and basic request metadata: when an app contacts our servers (for high-score submission, anti-cheat verification, or virtual-currency rewards), our server records your IP address, the time of the request, and standard HTTP headers in routine server logs.
- Gameplay data: scores, stage completions, timing, and input counts you generate while playing. This is used to grant in-game rewards and to detect cheating.
- Account data (optional): if you choose to create an account on krazframe.com, we store the username, hashed password, and email address you provide. The mobile Apps do not require an account; you can play anonymously.
- Local device storage: the Apps use the device's local storage (
localStorageor equivalent) to remember preferences such as colour scheme, audio settings, and locally-saved high scores. This data stays on your device and is not transmitted to us unless you sync it with an account.
We do not collect:
- Your name, contact information, or precise location
- Photos, microphone, or camera data
- Contact lists or other apps installed on your device
- Advertising identifiers (the Apps do not show ads)
- Analytics or telemetry from third-party SDKs (we do not embed Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics, Facebook SDK, or similar trackers in the Apps)
How we use this information
- To run the games (display leaderboards, grant in-game virtual currency, record progress).
- To detect and prevent cheating and abuse.
- To debug and improve the Apps based on aggregated server logs.
- To respond to support requests if you contact us.
Sharing with third parties
We do not sell your data and we do not share it with advertising networks. The limited third parties involved are:
- Google Play: we use Google Play to distribute our Apps. Google's own privacy policy applies to how Play collects information about app downloads, crashes, and reviews. See policies.google.com/privacy.
- Our hosting provider: the server-side components run on a commercial web host that processes your IP and request data on our behalf solely to deliver the service.
We may disclose information if required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Relative Software Ltd or others.
Data retention
Server access logs are retained for up to 90 days. Gameplay records and account data are retained for as long as your account is active or until you request deletion. Local data stored on your device persists until you clear app data or uninstall the App.
Children's privacy
The Apps are intended for a general audience and are not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 in the European Economic Area). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict its processing. Specifically:
- EU / UK (GDPR): rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and to object.
- California (CCPA / CPRA): rights to know, delete, and opt out of "sale" of personal information. We do not sell personal information.
- Canada (PIPEDA): rights of access and correction.

Security
We use HTTPS for all server communication, hash passwords using a modern algorithm, and limit access to production data to authorised personnel. No system is perfectly secure; we encourage you to use strong, unique passwords for any account you create.
International users
Our servers are located in Canada. If you access the Apps from another country, your information will be transferred to and processed in Canada, which may have different data protection laws than your country.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when it was last revised. Material changes will be announced on this page; we encourage you to review it periodically.
